Shipment of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within two weeks after receipt of payment.This delay is explained by the fact that we are in collaboration with the artists and that some works need to be signed. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered with or without signature (depending on your choice at the time of payment). Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary according to total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.
